As a Founding Partner of KGB Media, now known as the RedFlash Group, Marc Baker co-founded the firm alongside Keith Griffiths and Jake Knight to support clients across trade media, consumer media, and the public safety sector.


Marc played a key role in shaping the firm’s business development and sales strategy, client acquisition efforts, and market positioning. He worked closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop go-to-market approaches tailored to both emerging and established brands.


Through hands-on leadership and consultative engagement, Marc played a key role in establishing KGB Media as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to expand visibility, revenue, and influence within the consumer media and public safety markets.

San Diego H&G Magazine

As Advertising Director at San Diego Home/Garden Magazine, Marc Baker led the transformation of the publication’s advertising and revenue strategy during a period of significant growth. 


Marc developed new advertising programs, created all marketing collateral and media kits, and launched integrated TV, Consumer Home Show and Print advertising packages in partnership with KUSI-TV (San Diego's channel 9) and Westward Expos, producers of the premier Spring and Fall Home Shows in San Diego County, CA. Marc also built and led a high-performing sales team through targeted recruitment, hands-on training, collaborative face-to-face client meetings, personal coaching, and innovative incentive programs.


Through these combined efforts, Marc tripled advertising revenue over a five-year period, establishing San Diego Home/Garden Magazine as the top-tier, affluent Homeowner-focused publication by building and coaching his highly effective sales team.
